3 how much time do u need to prepare
This exam does not test your programming skills. means you need not be good at algorithms still u can pass this test
but this does test you on java concepts. the tests you on minute details and nuances of java. It needs a lot of practice because w/o practice this exam is difficult to crack. A normal person will take around 2-3 months to crack the exam. You should take around same time but after promising yourself some time to practice. What you should do is book a date for the exam 2.5-3 months prior from now and start preparation else it becomes human tendency to study and not give exam (like me) due to lazyness.
4 List of books and online sites

Several books are available in the market from "kathy seira and bert bates" and some " khalif or khalid" stuff. Kathy seira and bert bates are the person who have made the exam question set so I referred to that book. the book also comes along with a cd that has sample tests so its better to buy a book.  I found a site called www.coderanch.com awesome for all your java doubts there are sections seperately for those who are giving exams and mind u  u will get responses regarding your doubts within 1 hour in worst case. so do make an id on that
5 mode of conducting the examexam is online at some centers
6 extrathis exam needs a lot of practice and hardwork ... u need to sit and practice a lot baaki all the best

A text less social networking website

A search on wikipedia about social networking website (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_social_networking_websites) reveals 100+ social networking websites in an around.

Most of these websites are focused either around a specific usage and/or a community of people.
But in todays changing scenario that is not enough. Consider this Indrani Medhi at Microsoft Research made a text-less user Interface for poor people.

This gave me an idea as to make a social networking site which is also text less. I would like to give some features.

1)Text-less: the way in which we deal with our environment is purely textless. We interact with our friends using speech and photographs. This is not present in current social networking website.

2)Real social work: A textless sns(Social Networking site) is also easy to use and understand by even semi-literate and illiterate people. Thus can also help in a myriad ways other than only social networking like delivering of lectures.

3)Rich Experience:By usage of high quality graphics and audio it gives a real life near life experience which is surely better than any social networking website. Sound of a friend can be truly benefical when we need them instead of just a small text as sound contains emotions.

4)Easy extension on mobile devices: mobile devices have a trouble in displaying both text and images on a small screen. But only with images and audio this can easily be done. though there might be an initial problem in incorporating audio for mobile devices.

5)Better for touch screen devices. generally people have found that it is difficult to type using touch screen devices. But now with this forget hitting the keyboard. Things now become drag and drop.

Some technological challenges
1) Availability of High Bandwidth : Images and audio seldom needs a lot of bandwidth. Efficient compression methods are available but things need to be more efficient.

2) Large audio and video data: this should not be a problem as such because we are seeing Google's Picassa , Youtube which are very data intensive websites.

3) Good intutive graphics: Ofcourse this is the main point on which the success and failure of such a technology occurs. The web interface should be easy to use even for the first timers.
Images should be chosen after considering the ethnicity and emotions of the populations.

Well now this post has a lot of text.
